International multidisciplinary art project aimed to discover the politic and social changes in Eastern and Western part of Europe in the post war, Perebudova and after Perebudova periodsSince the end of the Cold War, the concept of Eastern, Central, and Western Europe has gained more and more geographical significance every year. However, communication problems between Eastern and Western parts of Europe were not solved. The conception of so-called "fraternal-nations" and the mixing of cultural identity is a distortion and a mistake at the political level, which in part has led to the disastrous consequences of today. The war in Europe 2022, which assumed the name "War against Ukraine" has brought the entire world in a transition state. The war opens a global question of the independence and freedom, security, and integrity of Europe, and raises the issue of protecting democracy in countries within Europe and beyond.
